Service and original files
Keepluma helps you back up, manage and share photos and videos between your own Mac and iPhone. Originals stay on your devices; Keepluma does not store photos, videos or thumbnails in the cloud. You provide the computer, storage and internet connection. Keep an independent backup and make sure you have the right to use and share your content.
Ways to purchase
Keepluma offers paid services through Paddle and Apple in-app purchases. Available plans, prices, service periods and renewal options are shown when you purchase.
Renewal and cancellation
Auto-renewing subscriptions continue to charge at the interval confirmed when you purchase until cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription through the original purchase provider, or contact us for help. Cancellation keeps your paid service available for the remaining paid period and does not automatically issue a refund. Online transfers stop when your service expires; originals on your devices and exported copies remain.
Payment and refund rules
Purchases through Paddle or Apple are also subject to that provider’s payment and refund terms. See our refund policy for how to apply. These arrangements do not affect your statutory rights.
